Overview

The Fields of Waconia is a 70-acre project on the western side of Waconia that began in 2021 and resulted in 213 single-family residential lots being added to Waconia. Thousands of feet of new trail help to connect the existing trail system. Two parks will be built and hundreds of trees are to be added. This is a wonderful new development for future residents of Waconia. DR Horton is the builder for The Fields of Waconia.
