Northwater

Overview

Northwater is a 47-acre site in Otsego, MN.  Begun in the spring of 2021, ninety-seven lots were built over two phases and completed by the end of 2022. Residents enjoy six acres of wetlands throughout the neighborhood. DR Horton is the builder for Northwater.
