Tamarack Land Development is pleased to present The Fields of Waconia, a 70-acre project on the western side of the beautiful lakeside town of Waconia, Minnesota, 45 minutes west of the Twin Cities.
Home construction is underway, and residents will begin enjoying their new neighborhood later this year. The Fields is conveniently located a few minutes from downtown Waconia, and within walking distance of a large park and playground, ballfields, schools, and the community center. Thousands of feet of new trail will help to connect the existing trail system. A new community park will be built in the neighborhood and hundreds of trees will be planted.
Eighty-five single-family homes will be added in the first phase, and a total of 211 lots are planned to be developed over the course of three years.
